The swissmar by zyliss Venti 8 Person Raclette Grill gives you everything you love about a raclette night, with far less smoke and lingering odour. A built-in two-tier ventilation system captures smoke at the source, at both the grill plates and the raclette pan level, so the room stays fresher while everyone grills, melts, and shares at their own pace.
Melt cheese, grill vegetables, or sear meats for up to 8 people. Two removable cast aluminum grill plates finished with a PFAS-free ILAG® Swiss Technology ceramic non-stick coating help food release easily and make cleanup simple, while dual-level trays let raclette pans cook on one level and rest on the other. why venti?
Your home won't smell like raclette for days
We all know the downside of raclette night: the melted-cheese smell that clings to curtains, couches and clothes long after the party. Venti's built-in extractor pulls smoke and odors away right at the grill and the cheese pans, so far less of it ends up in your home.
Perfect for apartments and condos
No more opening every window in January or airing out the place the next morning. Host a cozy raclette dinner in a small space and enjoy it without the lingering smell.
Odor control exactly where you need it
Two separate extraction zones, one for the grill plates and one for the raclette pans, plus a 3-speed fan (off, low, high). Turn it up when you sear meat, keep it gentle while the cheese melts.
Filters that keep working, party after party
A removable stainless steel grease filter and 2 activated carbon filters trap grease and odors. They come out easily, so cleanup stays simple.
Everyone cooks their own, nobody waits
8 PFAS-free non-stick raclette pans and 8 heat-resistant spatulas. The dual-level tray lets one pan melt while another rests, so the table stays organized all evening.
Hot and ready fast
A 1500W heating element reaches cooking temperature quickly, with adjustable heat for melting cheese, grilling vegetables or searing meats.
Nothing sticks, cleanup is quick
Two removable cast aluminum grill plates with ILAG® Swiss Technology PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coating. Plates, pans, spatulas and grease filter are dishwasher safe.
