Shipping:

• We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 on under $99 with the exception of shipments to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon, where a flat rate of $29.99 applies.
• For added value, enjoy free shipping on all orders over $99
• Once your order is placed, please allow 2 business days for processing before shipment.
• As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

Returns:

• If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt.
• All returned products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
• Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Before sending anything back, make sure to request return authorization by emailing us at contact.ca@dkhouseholdbrands.com.
• Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
