Ingredients
- 2 flatbreads or naan
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/3 cup caramelized onions
- Raclette cheese, sliced
- Maple syrup drizzle
Directions
- On Raclette grill cook bacon and onions until crispy and caramelized. Set aside.
- Lightly toast naan on raclette grill.
- Place toasted naan in raclette dish and top with caramelized onions, bacon, and cheese. Place under raclette element until the cheese melts.
- Drizzle with warm maple syrup before serving.
