Maple Bacon Naan Flatbreads

Warm naan flatbreads are topped with crispy bacon, caramelized onions, and melted raclette cheese, then finished under the grill until bubbly and golden. A final drizzle of warm maple syrup adds a sweet-savoury touch before serving.

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup caramelized onions
  • Raclette cheese, sliced
  • Maple syrup drizzle 

Directions

  • On Raclette grill cook bacon and onions until crispy and caramelized. Set aside.
  • Lightly toast naan on raclette grill.
  • Place toasted naan in raclette dish and top with caramelized onions, bacon, and cheese. Place under raclette element until the cheese melts. 
  • Drizzle with warm maple syrup before serving.
