Care & Cleaning

• Slate board can be cleaned with olive oil, which will darken it, or with a cloth and warm water – dry thoroughly
• Do not use abrasive cleansers, vinegar, or lemon-based cleansers on slate
• Slate is not dishwasher safe
• Cheese knives are dishwasher safe, but handwashing and drying is recommended
